Where do you ship?

We currently ship Australia-wide to metropolitan areas. For regional and rural locations, shipping is also available; however, additional charges may apply. If this applies to your order, we will contact you after the order is placed.

To get a shipping quote in advance, please email us at support@sarmaplay.com.au if you reside outside metropolitan areas.

Important: Orders without a suitable shipping service will be automatically cancelled and refunded. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free delivery for eligible items shipped to metropolitan areas.

If your order includes both free shipping and non-eligible items, only the eligible products will qualify for free delivery. Any additional shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How can I reduce high shipping rates?

Multiple products from the same supplier can be shipped in bulk, potentially reducing the shipping cost (if applicable). Please contact us at support@sarmaplay.com.au for a shipping quote.

How do you ship items?

We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order arrives promptly and in excellent condition. All orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your package is dispatched.

Please note: Items from different suppliers may ship separately, resulting in multiple deliveries and tracking numbers.

When my order will be shipped?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and dispatched after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

For urgent or express delivery requests, please email us at support@sarmaplay.com.au. While we strive to accommodate your needs, additional charges may apply for express services.

Holiday Notice: During peak seasons and promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. We will keep you updated at every stage of the delivery process.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping warehouse. Standard delivery is typically 5–19 business days from the date of dispatch.*

*Please note: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays with third-party couriers may occur. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or provide refunds for delayed shipping. If your package is delayed, contact us so we can assist with tracking or resolving the issue.

Upon receiving your order:

  • Inspect items immediately to confirm accuracy and completeness.
  • Notify us of any discrepancies promptly.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Every order includes a tracking number for real-time updates. Tracking details will be emailed to you upon dispatch.

What about large and heavy items?

Large and heavy items are delivered to your front door on the ground floor. Delivery drivers are unable to:

  • Carry items upstairs, into homes, or to backyards.
  • Assist with unloading heavy items without help.

In compliance with Australian Occupational Health and Safety regulations, an able-bodied person must be available to assist the driver. If assistance is not available, you may need to arrange for a tailgate truck or additional delivery support, which could incur extra charges.
